Title: Energy Consumption Audit and Management in Educational Buildings

This project was completed for energy audit in educational buildings of the largest state university located in central part of Iran. The primary goal was to identify the elements with the highest energy consumption in peak hours in order to quit wasting this much energy and of course to optimise energy consumption in buildings.
Outcomes and Benefits:
Developing and implementing new methodologies in order to reduce energy consumption in educational buildings;
Reduction in energy consumption of about 18% (power, petroleum and etc.) in buildings of the university;
Carrying out proper maintenance of the electrical and mechanical equipment
Providing checklists of energy audit; and
Identifying the norm of energy consumption in the educational buildings of the country.
