As Executive Director (Technical & Science), I lead the development of technical strategies, diagnostic methodologies, and data-driven solutions for mining operations. My role includes overseeing the Operational Performance Diagnostic, advancing the Continuum Physics System and Context Engine, supporting client engagements, and ensuring that technical innovations deliver practical improvements in throughput, energy efficiency, recovery, and overall operational performance.

Led the technical and scientific strategy of ContinuumOps, aligning advanced analytics, engineering principles, and physics-informed AI with mining operational objectives.

Directed the development of the Operational Performance Diagnostic methodology to identify constraints, performance gaps, and high-value improvement opportunities.

Oversaw the design and advancement of the Continuum Physics System and Context Engine for contextualising operational, geological, maintenance, and equipment data.

Collaborated with mining leaders, engineers, data specialists, and operational teams to develop practical mine-to-mill improvement strategies.

Guided client engagements from initial scoping and data-readiness assessment through diagnostics, business-case development, and implementation roadmaps.
