Project context:

High-accuracy fuel measurement enables robust baselining, performance assurance and operational interventions for mining mobile equipment. This work supported reliable deployment and value realization from measured fuel data.

Expanded objectives:
  • Support field teams in planning, installing and commissioning fuel-consumption sensors on haul trucks and related mobile equipment.

  • Validate sensor calibration, data completeness, data latency, signal quality and alignment with equipment operating events.

  • Translate measured fuel data into operational insights for operators, haul-road management, dispatch, maintenance and performance assurance.

  • Establish a consistent process for baseline measurement, intervention tracking and savings verification.

  • Support client reporting and internal assurance processes to ensure the fuel-reduction value case is credible and repeatable.
